Job Description: Make Your Weekends Work for You! | Compressed Schedule Are you looking for a consistent full-time role that leaves your Monday through Friday wide open? We are building a talent pipeline for our Weekend Warrior teams! By applying now, you'll be the first in line for upcoming openings in our Saturday/Sunday operations. Available Shifts & Compensation We offer two distinct weekend options to fit your lifestyle: Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM | $19.50 / hour Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM | $20.00 / hour Schedule: Saturday & Sunday (Part of a compressed full-time or supplemental schedule) Key Responsibilities As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of goods in our facility: Material Handling: Safely loading and unloading goods to and from transport trucks and depositing them in designated areas. Machine Operation: Operating appropriate machinery for handling operations while adhering to all safety protocols. Product Preparation: Sorting and preparing products prior to packing, following specific procedural guidelines. Inventory Integrity: Promptly reporting any damaged or missing goods to maintain facility accuracy. Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhering to company health, safety, and internal regulations. Facility Upkeep: Actively participating in maintaining a clean and organized work site. Qualifications & Skills We are looking for performance-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment: Technical & Professional Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively. Familiarity with the technical processes of supply, storage, and distribution. Basic mathematics knowledge. Ability to navigate and orient oneself effectively in a large warehouse space. Behavioral & Soft Skills Result-Oriented: A focus on performance and achieving daily production goals. Team Player: Highly collaborative with a strong contribution to team spirit. Resilience: Perseverance and a willingness to complete tasks during busy weekend surges. Adaptability: Accepting change and maintaining an exemplary, willing attitude.
