**Job Summary:**
Humano is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Warehouse Associates / Freight Handlers in Neosho, MO. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for unloading shipments, organizing and staging freight, and ensuring the efficient and safe handling of goods within our facility.

**Qualifications:**
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift weight ranging from 20 to 50 lbs
- Comfortable with manual labor tasks
- Prior experience in a warehouse environment preferred, but not required
- Team player with a strong work ethic

**Responsibilities:**
- Unload household items in teams
- Stack and wrap items onto pallets, mainly household goods
- Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist in other general warehouse duties as needed

**Details:**
- Competitive pay: $17 - $20 per hour based on daily productivity metrics.

- 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday 6:00PM pm to 2:30 AM (occasional overtime)
