Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations for outpatient rehabilitation patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement occupational therapy interventions to improve activities of daily living, fine motor skills, upper-extremity function, and home safety
- Provide lymphedema care and participate in related specialty therapies as available in the department
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes physical therapy and speech-language pathology to coordinate patient care
- Document patient progress, modify treatment plans as needed, and communicate with the care team to support discharge planning and education
- Participate in department programs and maintain safety, infection control, and quality standards for outpatient rehabilitation

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient rehabilitation or equivalent setting
- BLS certification required
- Lymphedema certification required
- Education: degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program with eligibility for licensure in Georgia
- Active or eligible OT license for Georgia; ability to work in a hospital-based outpatient setting
- Experience in or ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary outpatient department
