Administrator Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)

The Administrator is responsible for overall facility leadership including operations financial performance quality initiatives and physician relationships . This role ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards while driving operational excellence and a positive experience for both patients and staff.

• Lead all aspects of daily facility operations including administrative clinical support and business functions
• Serve as a liaison between the Governing Board Medical Staff facility leadership and USPI Home Office
• Ensure compliance with regulatory accreditation quality and patient safety standards
• Develop and manage operating staffing and capital budgets
• Monitor financial performance including P&L and mitigate operational risks
• Oversee staffing workforce planning and employee performance management
• Support physician relationships credentialing and medical staff coordination
• Manage vendor agreements service contracts and physician partnerships
• Lead quality improvement infection control and patient experience initiatives
• Participate in operational reviews and performance reporting
• Identify and drive opportunities for service line growth and operational improvement

• Demonstrated leadership experience in outpatient surgery operations or related surgical services
• Strong financial acumen including experience managing budgets and P&L performance
• Experience in Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) leadership preferred
• Hospital surgical leadership experience with ASC exposure considered
• Registered Nurse (RN) preferred
