The Resource Teacher works collaboratively with classroom teachers, administration, and families to provide targeted academic support and interventions for students in grades K–8. This position focuses on differentiated instruction, progress monitoring, and individualized learning plans to ensure student success.
Provide small-group and individualized instruction in reading, math, and written language
Develop and implement accommodation plans and intervention strategies
Collaborate with classroom teachers to modify curriculum and assessments
Monitor student progress and maintain detailed documentation
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student growth and strategies
Participate in Student Support Team meetings
Assist in coordinating referrals and reviewing educational evaluations
Support a positive, faith-centered learning environment
