Costa Navarino, a premier luxury destination in Greece, is seeking meticulous and dedicated Housekeeping Attendants for its exclusive Residences . This position is essential to ensuring that each resident offers guests a pristine, welcoming, and comfortable environment, embodying the high standards of Costa Navarino.
Responsibilities
Residence Cleaning & Maintenance: Thoroughly clean and maintain all rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas, in adherence with the villa's standards of luxury and cleanliness
Detail-Oriented Setup: Arrange furniture, amenities, and decorative elements precisely to create an inviting and aesthetically pleasing environment for guests
Laundry & Linens: Manage linen inventories, organizing, as well as preparing fresh linens for each guest turnover
Amenity Stocking: Regularly check and replenish in-residence amenities such as toiletries, towels, and kitchen supplies, ensuring all are of the highest quality
Attention to Special Requests: Cater to any specific guest requests with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring all personalized needs are met promptly
Report & Log Maintenance Issues: Report any maintenance needs to the supervisor promptly, ensuring that residences always remain in perfect condition for guests. Check the functionality and inventory of equipment (cutleries, linen) and report any damage or maintenance needs
Adapting to the unique requirements and specific characteristics of each residence
Follow all health, safety and hygiene regulations
Adapt to any operational needs or requests that may arise during the shift
Responsible for the transportation and storage of personal belongings for rental residences ensuring items are handled safely and organized appropriately
Collection and safe disposal of waste from villas in accordance with hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Ensure regular inspection and organization of grocery supplies in villas, identifying expired or damaged products and keeping storage areas tidy and well maintained.
Experience: Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury resort, residences, or similar high-end environment preferred. Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in housekeeping operations within a luxury hotel or resort. Experience in residences or high-end residences housekeeping operations.
Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to deliver meticulous cleaning and organizational skills.
Time Management: Ability to work efficiently and manage time well, ensuring that villas are prepared to standard by the designated times.
