Job Description

We are seeking a resilient, highly organized, and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our team on-site in a fast-paced environment.   • Location: Plantation, FL (On-site)
  • Pay Rate: $26.00 - $33.00 per hour (Depending on experience)
  • Job Type: Full-time, Contract
Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience specifically within a Recruiting or HR support role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and reporting tools is a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with interpersonal abilities.
  • Traits: Detail-oriented with effective time-management skills, a positive/professional demeanor, and a stable work history.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidate inquiries, phone calls, and initial outreach.
  • Review and assess incoming resumes and applications daily to identify top talent.
  • Efficiently schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of all candidate interactions.
  • Generate weekly reports outlining recruiting activity, call volumes, and candidate outcomes.
  • Partner closely with the Recruitment Manager to support day-to-day operations, general clerical duties, and special projects as needed.
