Job Description

We are a boutique, all-women psychiatric and psychotherapy practice located in Greenwich, Connecticut , seeking an exceptional Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing clinical team.

This is a part-time, fee-for-service opportunity with a flexible hybrid schedule (in-person and telehealth), and a clear pathway to full-time for the right candidate.

About the Practice

Our practice offers a highly personalized, elevated standard of care within a beautifully designed, newly renovated office in the heart of Greenwich. We are committed to delivering thoughtful, relationship-centered psychiatry in a setting that prioritizes both clinical excellence and patient experience.

You will work alongside a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) , with MD collaboration available as needed , allowing for a balance of autonomy and support within a collegial, high-functioning team.

Responsibilities include:

• Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
• Ongoing medication management and follow-up care
• Thoughtful collaboration with therapists and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintaining clear, timely, and clinically sound documentation
• Providing care that reflects both clinical rigor and emotional attunement

Qualifications

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
• Must have an active PMHNP license and CT state DEA license
• Strong diagnostic and psychopharmacology skills
• Excellent interpersonal presence and communication
• Ability to practice independently with sound clinical judgment
• Must also carry their own liability insurance in addition to the practice coverage
