What You'll Do

Lead projects from concept through construction , ensuring seamless coordination across design, engineering, and consultant teams

Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and process systems consultants

Perform code analysis and solve technical challenges

Manage client interactions and agency approvals to bring visions to life

Mentor junior staff and foster team growth

What We're Looking For

10-20 years of architectural experience across multiple project types

Architectural license required

Strong in Revit/BIM workflows and capable of running projects independently

Technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and process systems

Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $100,000 - $131,000 (commensurate with experience) Hybrid work model - balance time between home and our Sacramento office. A comprehensive benefits package including:
