We’re Hiring: Product Owner / Portfolio Manager

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving IT products from concept to delivery? We’re looking for a Product Owner / Portfolio Manager to lead cross-functional teams, manage a portfolio of applications, and ensure alignment between business goals and technology solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in project management (scope, budget, timeline, resource planning)
• 2+ years of experience in product ownership or portfolio management
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication
• Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Proven experience working with vendors and managing external partnerships
• Excellent documentation skills (user stories, project plans, process maps, etc.)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders
• 3+ years of experience leading Agile practices (user stories, sprint planning, backlog prioritization)
• Experience in IT vendor management and service delivery oversight

What You’ll Do

• Manage a portfolio of IT products and applications, ensuring successful delivery aligned with business needs
• Act as a Product Owner across the full product lifecycle—from ideation to deployment and optimization
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, vendors, and IT teams to define scope and deliver solutions
• Create, prioritize, and maintain product backlogs and strategic roadmaps
• Oversee product releases, monitor performance, and gather user feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Track KPIs and ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, and IT standards
• Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, and service delivery performance
• Oversee product financials including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Lead and support cross-functional “fusion teams” to deliver high-quality solutions
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and backlog grooming
• Communicate effectively with leadership, providing updates on progress, risks, and roadmap
