Job Title: Product Owner

Location: Miami, FL or Remote (Miami preferred)

Duration: 12 Months

W2 Only

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong expertise in Digital Co-Brand Growth & Acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate will have a background in credit cards, loyalty programs, or digital financial services, with proven success in launching and scaling digital products across mobile and web platforms. Miami-based candidates are preferred.

• 5+ years of Product Management experience
• Experience in credit cards, loyalty, or digital financial services
• Strong experience with co-brand card programs and acquisition/engagement strategies
• Proven success launching and scaling mobile/web products
• Knowledge of digital payments ecosystems and modern app technologies
• Strong understanding of credit card acquisition funnels, spend-driving mechanics, P&L drivers, and reward structures
• Experience with product vision, roadmap planning, and OKR prioritization
• Expertise in behavioral design, user engagement psychology, and conversion optimization
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Excellent collaboration with engineering, marketing, analytics, legal, and banking partners
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/MS preferred
• Strong communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills

• Define product vision, roadmap, and growth strategy
• Drive co-brand card acquisition and engagement initiatives
• Launch and scale digital products across mobile and web channels
• Optimize user journeys, conversion funnels, and engagement metrics
• Partner with cross-functional teams and external bank partners
• Use analytics and KPIs to measure success and improve outcomes
• Present strategy and progress to executive leadership
