You have orthopedic APP experience — clinical, surgical, or both. You're not looking for a job where you're managed into mediocrity. You want to be trusted with hard cases, complex patients, and real responsibility.
You practice like an owner. You don't wait to be told what to do next. You assess, you decide, you act — and you know when to loop in the surgeon.
