-A leader who can work as part of a dynamic team that uses fresh, seasonal items in a fast-paced kitchen. Our sous chefs are the backbone of the entire operation. They are critical to our success and the continued quality of our brand. We want someone with an excitement for the industry, ability to execute at high levels, and the humility to acknowledge that we’re always learning. Someone who wants to go to the Greenmarket early enough to get the good vegetables for the day before the rest of the city has a chance.
-Someone who can work under the daily direction of the Chef de Cuisine and support the successful operation of the kitchen. The capacity to execute prep and service at the highest level to demonstrate and teach others to be the best they can be. Extraordinary attention to detail and focus on the task at hand. Dedication to the craft and a passion for creativity are a must. An understanding that we offer all our employees an opportunity to work in a safe, respectful, professional environment and that as a manager, it is our job to constantly uphold these values. To be a positive force for morale and energy. Someone with enough experience to know that you can be a babysitter forever, or you can teach them to walk then run on their own.
