Sripadha Inc., a Las Vegas, NV based IT Solutions firm, has multiple openings for Business Systems Analyst.
Act as a technical liaison and present complex content to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders - PMs, Architects, UX Designers & Developers.
Assess and/or formulate strategic and/or tactical plans based on company business initiatives.
Leverage agile tools in identifying patterns, inefficiencies, and discrepancies across products and provide insights to drive efficiency and opportunities.
Present complex technical system efforts and depict the business/data rules into process flows – activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and use cases.
Partner with teams to enhance the customer experience across digital platforms and contributed significant inputs to provide seamless experience to the end user.
