Position: Graphic Designer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and talented Graphic Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Graphic Designer at Thesalonhype, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for various marketing and branding materials. Your designs will play a crucial role in promoting our brand and attracting new customers. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented individual to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives and create designs that align with our brand image and messaging
- Design and produce various marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website visuals
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into designs to keep our brand fresh and relevant
- Work closely with printers and other vendors to ensure high-quality production of materials
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Continuously seek feedback and make necessary revisions to designs based on input from stakeholders
- Assist with other design-related tasks as needed, such as photo editing and creating digital ads
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising setting
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation for print
- Experience with web design and social media platforms is a plus
