We’re looking for a high-energy Graphic Designer to join a top manufacturing team in Collierville for a brand-new, potential temp-to-hire role. This isn't just about making things look good; you’ll be the creator behind the packaging, retail displays, and digital brand presence. Responsibilities

• Design Execution: Transform marketing strategies into high-quality visual assets that align with the brand’s established voice and aesthetic.

• Brand Consistency: Implement and maintain brand style guides across all mediums, including logos, typography, packaging, retail displays (POP), and digital collateral.

• Collaborative Design: Engage in creative brainstorming sessions to develop new concepts, providing professional rationale for design choices to Sales and Marketing partners.

• Production Management: Build and organize precise, print-ready files on MacOS to ensure seamless production and scalability across various physical and digital formats.

• Market Awareness: Keep marketing materials competitive by staying current with design trends, new software capabilities, and industry best practices.
