Job Description

The Database Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing and utilizing customer databases to support marketing initiatives. This role involves developing and executing direct mail and email marketing campaigns, ensuring data integrity to drive customer engagement and retention.

Position Responsibilities

• Coordinate the direct mail and email creative process with internal agency.
• Responsible for database cleansing, testing and integrity checks
• Assists in developing new marketing campaigns
• Test new marketing systems as required
• Ensure accuracy of all mailings and emails
• Assists with building programs in other supporting Marketing tools as well as list generations, program execution, data validation, troubleshooting, etc.
• Assists in gathering data used for analysis of Direct Mail Programs, Events, Promotions, and any other Marketing functions
• Understands and explains programs to customers and emphasizes the rewards and benefits of the Loyalty Card Program to promote customer retention
• Complies with all Departmental and Company Policies including Ocean Casino Resort business ethics guidelines.
• Complies with all New Jersey regulatory requirements
• Maintains confidentiality of all Ocean Casino Resort trade secrets and proprietary information including business processes, customer lists, marketing plans and any other confidential information

Essential Functions

• Exposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise, and stress related to servicing customers in a high pressure and fast paced environment
• Must be able to work holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts and/or unusual hours
• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 25 pounds
• Travel to/from work and on-site attendance to perform the position responsibilities and the essential functions of the job

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (B.A) from a four-year college or university

Experience in executing consumer, database, and operational marketing programs in a casino environment a plus

Ability to effectively communicate in English

Travel to/from work and on-site attendance to perform the essential function of the job

• Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $40,500 to $52,600 annually. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including experience and expertise and may vary from the amount listed above.
