    • Lead and facilitate communication across teams related to scheduling, credentialing, and urgent requests
    • Act as a central coordinator for GDRs, including scheduling, distribution of information/links, and attendance accountability
    • Collaborate with scheduling, credentialing, and other internal teams to ensure continuity and minimize disruptions in care
  • Market Operations & Issue Resolution
    • Address day-to-day operational issues, provider concerns, and workflow barriers in collaboration with internal teams
    • Support administrative tasks (e.g., Paycom follow-ups, provider-related issues, training coordination)
    • Provide consistent on-site and remote support to ensure smooth daily operations across the market
  • Market Insight & Growth Support
    • Identify emerging market needs, risks, and opportunities in real time
    • Support new facility onboarding, service expansions, and pilot initiatives
    • Provide ongoing market feedback and insights to the RCPD to inform strategy and operational improvements
  • Compliance & Quality Support
    • Reinforce adherence to documentation standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies
    • Identify potential compliance or quality concerns and escalate appropriately
    • Partner with clinical leadership on audits, reviews, and corrective action efforts as needed
