Roles and Responsibilities:
We make configuration changes to the Clarizen hosted application They could be working on Clarizen, but could also be working on other items too.
Work with our users on new enhancements they want, or deal with the bugs
Working with end users, getting requirements, writing stories
We are a SAFE Agile team
Working with our support team - we do a lot, like we have an ECO support who handles all the support calls that come in.
Working with project managers, portfolio managers, and other groups to help pull things together.
Participate in standups
May assist with SharePoint items and certifications
Must Have Technical Skills:
Crew Backlogs
Proficient in Jira
Confluence
Writing User Stories
Agile/Agile Safe
Basic project management experience
