Job Description

Odyssey House is seeking a Full-Time Behavioral Health Technician for overnight shifts at our Men's Boarding Home!

Job Location: West Valley-Midvale

Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour (+ $1 shift differential for overnight shifts from 9 PM to 9 AM)

Core Responsibilities: You will accurately document services, maintain healthy boundaries, and ensure resident safety. Other responsibilities will include cooking, cleaning, attending staff meetings, trainings, maintaining the daily schedule, and completing headcounts and shift check-off lists as needed

Day in the Life: In your day-to-day work, you will have the opportunity to get to know residents one-on-one in a deep and meaningful way. You will provide them with individualized attention and support to help them achieve their goals. You will work with residents to help them understand their healthy and unhealthy behaviors and develop and use coping skills. Your role will involve holding residents accountable for their life goals and rewarding them for their excellent work. By working closely with residents and helping them make positive changes in their lives, you will make a significant and meaningful contribution to our organization and to the lives of those we serve.

Roles requiring driving are subject to a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review and a valid Utah driver’s license.
