Salary: $35,360 - 74,880 per year Requirements:

• We require that you are currently enrolled in college-level coursework or a degree-seeking program for the full duration of the internship.
• We require enrollment in an accredited college or university and pursuit of a degree.
• We seek a background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
• We value working knowledge of web design methods, standards, and best practices.
• We value familiarity with web content management systems, editing tools, authoring tools, and development languages.
• We need strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
• We look for solid research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• We prefer basic to advanced experience working in an Agile environment.
• We prefer experience in business operations and customer service, ideally within a financial institution.
• We prefer familiarity with PC and internet/web-based technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#.

• We design and develop user interface features and backend processes.
• We support web staff and clients by creating user-friendly formats and producing documents in HTML and other applications.
• We implement web-based and interactive media strategies.
• We stay current on graphic design trends and best practices through professional associations, conferences, and seminars.
• We monitor web pages and other electronic media to identify and resolve technical and grammatical issues.
• We recommend website enhancements that improve functionality and overall effectiveness.
• We contribute to the analysis and creation of new ways to strengthen member service.
• We troubleshoot day-to-day issues and propose practical solutions.
• We perform other related duties as assigned.
