Job Description

Akkodis is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a Contract position with a client in Brooklyn Park, MN . This role requires the ability to provide high‑level administrative support, manage information flow, and perform essential clerical and communication tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Rate Range: $24/hour to $25/hour on W2; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Administrative Assistant job responsibilities include:

  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and conducting basic bookkeeping tasks.

  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other business documents.

  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports as needed.

  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including emails and faxes.

  • Prepare responses to routine inquiries and assist with communication management.

Desired Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • 0–2 years of administrative support experience.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and organized information management.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and general computer applications.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
